Rather than following the nonexistent facts, one should follow the scientific miracles and should look into how science works. The secret of New Year resolution lies not in feeling determined and enthusiastic on the very first day of the year rather it’s more of setting goals spread over the year. This means a one major goal divided in various short goals. One very vital point that needs to be remembered is that while on our way to reaching the goals, we sometimes have to face discouragements and failures. In response to a question from a caller Dr Sadaqat Ali highlights the fact regarding the separation anxiety. He indicates that the solution lies in facing the reality that humans cannot not have two things in full i.e. the control and the future know-how. This means a graceful acceptance is much needed. If we cannot control ourselves, we can’t control others. Sometimes people hold ideas that are not true or do not base on reality, such ideas are found to be related to stress. Dr Sadaqat Ali highlights the fact that being happy is one’s own job rather making it someone else’s responsibility. Even in marital relations where we struggle to make the better half happy, it won’t work, until or unless we have a previous history of keeping at least one person happy and that too starts with our own being. We can only give others what we have.

Solution is to learn stress management skills and to work on our paradigms. Usually people connect whatever happens to them to their fate, which is not true. With hard work everything is possible, whether it be respect, fame, wealth or success. Life is like a game, in which taking responsibility is a winning factor. Facing a problem always ends up receiving a reward. This brings us to another approach which is take responsibility of our own life. In order to achieve success we need to achieve healthy state of mind. More importantly we teach people how to treat us. We have been taught by society to behave in expected ways or in ways that pleases others. Don’t be a people pleasure and don’t let others control you.

Foremost important thing in building a healthy relationship using communication skills so to influence others. In order to do so we need to be an expert in conversation. Individuals usually talk in absolute terms. It is not possible that our partners “always” irritates us or claim that “you always want to make my life worse”, these are unhealthy talks. Conversations in which stakes are high, opinions vary, and emotions run strong are termed as Crucial Conversations. The conversation we learn in our homes is definitely not enough, it lack exposure of feeling and selection of appropriate words. It is very necessary to avoid “you language” whereas “I language” should be adopted. For example if someone is angry it can be expressed by saying, “ I felt bad” or” I am upset ” rather than “you are the reason” or “you made me feel bad”. Moreover learn specific word to express exact feeling is an important skill to be learnt. When in Crucial Conversation it is recommended to take an “exit” which means to end discussion for the time being in a respectful manner to gain some time to ponder. In a nut shell it is important to believe in resolution of conflict with the help of conversation while maintain respect of each other.

When we are trying to control someone and we are unable to do that it makes us miserable and turns out to be an emotional torture, called being “Rogi” or Co-dependent. People confuse love with being co-dependent which is an old paradigm . If we want everything around us from clothes to technology updated and new, the same way our thoughts and paradigms need to renew too. Being co-dependent is a state where we try or act to help someone because it makes us feel good, but in actual it does not work for us either nor for that person. Co-dependency was actually generated times ago where helping each other was a necessity but in modern era people are much independent and can take a good care of themselves , such old paradigms are not much needed anymore more in codependency.

People who are into any kind of addiction are also co-dependent at the same time. Being co-dependent is a disease which needs to be taken care of by first stopping yourself from co-dependent activities. In this regard start setting new boundaries and construct new interests for yourself. Most of the time people feel guilty to get out of co-dependent relationship because they think it would be a selfish act. . Keep in mind that taking care of oneself is not selfishness.

Daily Habits of Successful People Its All About Routine

[KGVID]http://videos.willingways.org/wp-content/uploads/2015/12/Daily-Habits-of-Successful-People-Its-All-About-Routine-Low-360p.mp4[/KGVID]

This video made by True Potentials Counseling TV, is hosted by Willing Ways Video Channel. This video is about the daily habits of successful people.
Brian Tracy is Chairman and CEO of Brian Tracy International, a company specializing in the training and development of individuals and organizations. Brian’s goal is to help you achieve your personal and business goals faster and easier than you ever imagined. He has studied, researched, written and spoken for 30 years in the fields of economics, history, business, philosophy and psychology.
In this video Mr Brian Tracy talks about the daily habits of successful people. He starts with the quote of Aristotle that “95% of everything you do is the result of habit”.

During his talk he indicates the 5 habits that everyone needs to develop. Starting from the first habit that you need to develop is a habit of daily goal setting and goal orientation. Its mean when you go to sleep at night, think about your goals for the coming day. Make a list of daily based goals, small goals that you are going to accomplish that specific day. Keep a journal of your goals on regular basis. Your thoughts play a vital role in either making you or breaking you and thus your achievements are actually a result of your thoughts. All successful and wealthy people follow goal setting regularly.
Moving on to Second habit, it is about being result oriented. Result oriented people always thinking about most important things in order to achieve their most important results. Successful people make a list of everything they have to do and before they start working, they set priorities. Discipline yourself to work non-stop until you complete that one activity.

Third habit is to become people oriented, which means that everything you achieve in life is with the help, support and cooperation of other people. Always think what other people expect from you and how can you help other people so they help you back.
The Fourth habit is to stay health oriented. Think about your health most of the time. Think about eating best and better food, doing daily exercise, and taking rest regularly.
Most important fifth habit is to stay honest. Always tell the truth, no matter what the price. The final habit is of self discipline. Self discipline seems to be the foundation habit that makes everything possible. The best definition of self discipline is “the ability to make yourself do, what you should do and when you should do it, whether you feel like doing it or not”. This means that rather than following what you are currently feeling, you just practice the self – discipline habit and thus make everything possible. The one habit that you should start developing right now which eventually generates a domino effect over other habits and results eventually in achieving your most important goals is to start practicing that habit everyday unless it becomes automatic.

In this video the topic of good and bad habits is discussed. Form good habits and make them your master rather than allowing bad habits to form you. In his opinion, good habits are hard to form but easy to live with. Bad habits are easy to form but hard to live with. All habits are learned and can be unlearned. Actually you don’t need to unlearn the habit; you simply need to replace it with good habit. How do you develop a good habit, you develop it by repetition.

The personality that than comes upfront, turns out to be a better version. 9 out of 10 people who drink are not alcoholics. Toxins produced by intoxication of alcohol put the person in odd situations, like loose talk and accidents

In Pakistan as people reach the higher position in their professional careers, they start using alcohol frequently as compared to the western world where it is being made sure that no top notch drinks alcohol. The reason behind is that people with High IQ reach the top position but has low EQ which than leads them to take refuge in alcohol intake. One fine example is, when stressed rather than applying the stress management skills they prefer taking alcohol as an antidote. Moreover such people find themselves unable to stop drinking even when they try to. There is a video that explains the topic titled as Geo hina ka sat.
