People usually start taking drugs in order to remove the tension they face in their daily life. First is walking, we need to take 10,000 steps each day to remain fit. Second is sleep which is also free of cost but we keep on waking 24 hours. Forth important thing is food. We usually take 2-3 meals every day but our body needs 5 small meals every day in order to function effectively. If taken in excessive amount will be stored in the body as fats and will increase the stress level.
