However when someone is unable to sleep or sleep less or is not able to have a sound sleep than this condition is called Insomnia. The main reason for this condition is less transmission of blood into brain causing dryness. According to a survey, 45% of people fall prey to this disease where as only 1/3rd asks for help while getting into treatment.
